At Zerco Knives, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

 

Eligibility for Refunds:

  •  Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

 

How to Request a Refund:

1. Contact us at support@zercoknives.com within 30 days of receiving your product.

2. Please include your order number, a description of the reason for your return, and any relevant photos if applicable.

3. We will guide you on how to return the item, including the return address and any necessary shipping instructions.

 

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  •  We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received safely.

 

Refund Process:

  •  Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  •  If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for a refund.

  • Any items that have been used or are not in their original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
